I decided to create Deconstructing Faith and Scripture after years of wanting to write a book but struggling to find the right topic. My direction changed when I stopped believing in things without evidence, and I knew that this was something I needed to write about. I eventually decided to start with a blog, though a book might still be in my future, perhaps on an entirely different subject, who knows?

Deconstructing Faith and Scripture began as a personal journey of deconstruction, but it quickly evolved into a deeper exploration of the Bible, history, science, and occasionally, philosophy.

If you're beginning your own deconstruction, I hope my journey will offer you some guidance. And if you're a strong believer, I hope my work will help you see and understand the issues I explore.
